If there’s one thing we’ve learnt about this whole motherhood thing, it’s that being part of a community is essential for survival. Where would we be without our peers and our mentors? Speaking to likeminded women is what gets us through the ups and the downs. And it’s exactly this that inspired our new event series GRACE TALKS. The feedback to our first event was mind-blowing and we can’t wait for our second event...
Now the countdown is officially on – where does the time go? – five weeks to go until our second GRACE TALKS event on Friday 17th of November from 10am-12pm in Centennial Park’s Wisteria Room in Sydney. We’ll be discussing the juggle, the struggle and the joy of motherhood, and we have four incredible women lined up to share their insights from business to babies, health and happiness, fashion and finance.
The Grace Tales founder Georgie Abay will be in conversation with the most phenomenal group of women – you’re going to love them. You’ll meet Dr. Libby Weaver, bassike founders Deborah Sams and Mary-Lou Ryan, financial planner Canna Campbell of SugarMamma.TV and psychologist Belinda Williams. These women are not only inspiring, but you’re going to walk away with new ideas and tools for how to manage many aspects for the motherhood juggle (did we mention you’ll also walk away with a fantastic goodie bag?). Light breakfast and coffee will be served.
Come and join the GRACE community – there will be plenty of time to chat to other guests and speakers.
So let’s get to know the speakers…
Dr. Libby Weaver - Leading nutritional biochemist, number one bestselling author and international speaker
Dr. Libby is a nine-times number one bestselling author (add these three to your list: Rushing Women’s Syndrome, Women’s Wellness Wisdom and her latest book What Am I Supposed To Eat?). Her message embraces a unique three-pillared approach that explores the interplay between nutrition, emotions and the biochemistry of the body.
Her mission? “To educate and inspire, enhancing people’s health and happiness, igniting a ripple effect that transforms the world.” She’s passionate about helping women to take charge of their health and happiness through her books, talks and nutritional support range, Bio Blends. A highly respected international speaker, Dr Libby’s expertise in nutritional biochemistry has led her to share the stage with Marianne Williamson, Sir Richard Branson, Tony Robbins and Dr Oz. As an authority in the health and wellness industry, she has also been featured in The Times, The Huffington Post, and The Sydney Morning Herald, and regularly appears as a guest on breakfast television and radio.
Dr. Libby Weaver will be breaking down the most complex concepts into health messages we can all embrace as busy mothers and sharing her insights with our GRACE TALKS audience on achieving and maintaining ultimate health and wellbeing.
