The Grace Tales and GRACE magazine are seeking an experienced and motivated part-time partnerships and digital sales manager to join the leading website and magazine for style conscious mothers.

You will be responsible for managing incoming advertising partnerships and also proactively pitching for new business both with national and international clients. You will utilise your existing media experience to expand our brand across a variety of industry sectors from parenting to automotive to interiors.

You will have a natural interest in digital media and demonstrate an adaptive and innovative approach to creating bespoke advertising solutions for our market leading clients. You will love women’s lifestyle media and motherhood and understand the premium parenting market.

You will be a highly motivated person who is happy to work closely with the editor/founder from an office in the beautiful location of Paddington, Sydney.

Responsibilities:
-Presenting both The Grace Tales and GRACE magazine to the market as the leading go-to lifestyle site and magazine for style conscious mothers.
-Work closely with the founder/editor.
-Managing all partnerships across both The Grace Tales and GRACE magazine.
-Drive new business across media agency connections.
-Write and present pitches to clients – current and new.
-Work with editor/clients on creation of engaging content.
-Represent The Grace Tales/GRACE magazine at relevant industry events.
-Maintain and build a strong sales pipeline.

Experience:
-Proven track record in lifestyle media sales – 4 years plus preferred and ideally knowledge of the parenting market.
-Strong digital and social experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge to clients.
-Existing relationships across media agencies.
-Well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
-MUST have strong writing skills and excellent oral communication skills.
-Interest in women’s lifestyle media and motherhood.
-Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
-Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability.
-A team player who is interested and willing to work in a small team, which offers a flexible working environment.

Salary:
Competitive base salary + commission
