Our GRACE Talks events are where The Grace Tales comes to life. It’s where our readers come together with our team. Where inspiring women and leading experts converge. Where we laugh, we cry and most of all, we connect.

GRACE Talks events explore the struggle, the juggle and the joy of motherhood. We’re all about igniting connection, community and conversation. Here's what you can expect...

When Dr. Serrallach first wrote about postnatal depletion on goop, he hit a nerve - particularly with the revelation that some women in his practice are continuing to experience the after-effects of having a child up to 7-10 years later. It shouldn’t be this way, nor does it have to be. This is where Dr Oscar's work comes into play. His book - The Postnatal Depletion Cure: A Complete Guide to Rebuilding Your Health and Reclaiming Your Energy for Mothers of Newborns, Toddlers, and Young Children - is a culmination of his work in guiding women’s health for every mother. Whether you are new or years into motherhood, if you have ever felt tired, rundown, or just not like yourself, Dr Oscar's work and wisdom will be a game-changer. With his signature empathy and knowledge, in this intimate event, Oscar will explain how to restore your health and vitality using nutrition, gentle exercises, and simple strategies to get you to finally feel like yourself again. Topped off with a guided seated exercise and breathing practice with the founder of BodyLove Pilates, Ali Handley, this is set to be an outstanding afternoon of wellbeing. Of course, all guests will leave not only with a healthy dose of inspiration and practical tips - but also one of our renowned Grace Tales goodie bags. Afternoon tea will also be served. Dr Oscar Serrallach

As a doctor and father of three, Dr Oscar Serrallach brings a focus on Mothers’ Health into the world, having so deeply believed that mothers are the fabric of our society – healthy society needs healthy families, and healthy families rely on healthy mothers. It is his wish that mothers be fully supported in their physical and emotional wellbeing to fully experience the joy and fulfilment of motherhood once more.

Ali Handley

Mother of three, Ali first discovered Pilates over a decade ago looking for a source of strength to complement a cardio loaded workout schedule and fell in love. Working in the frenetic world of fashion and PR in Sydney and London, it wasn’t until Ali moved to New York in 2009 that she turned her passion for Pilates into a career. Ali then discovered her true calling lay in pre and postnatal Pilates, and quickly made that her focus of discovery and education - working with women throughout their pregnancy and rehabbing them upon their return to fitness and strength.
