An update to our readers from The Grace Tales team…
No doubt your inbox is overflowing with updates about COVID-19 and our world’s new normal. Things will look different at your gym, your daycare centre, your workplace, your kids’ school, and your local supermarket (let’s not even talk about the toilet paper aisle).
We don’t want to add to the noise, so we’ll keep it simple: it’s not business as usual here, either, and we want to make sure that we’re providing you with what you need.
On the one hand, we’re more connected than ever. Even in isolation, we have access to more information and communication than ever before. And while we hope that solidarity can help us to keep each other afloat, it also means we’ve got 24/7 access to a news cycle that’s increasingly terrifying. To help offset some of the very real fear and anxiety that’s provoking, we’ll continue to share good news stories, pictures of beautiful places, and a little escapism to help us all catch a breath.
On the other hand, we’re also facing an unprecedented situation, and our content is going to change to reflect that. In the coming weeks we’ll be sharing practical articles to help you navigate social distancing and self-isolation, from working from home, to recipes, to parenting advice, and managing anxiety.
More than ever, we’d love to hear from you. We want to hear about your experiences of this time. If you’ve got something to share, please reach out to info@thegracetales.com – or, if there’s something you’d love to see The Grace Tales cover, let us know.
On a personal note, our team will be working from home (and most likely, we’ll soon have our kids here too). So, we’ll be reposting some of our favourite stories from years past, while we navigate this tumultuous time.
We are all in this together – let’s support each other from a safe distance, and use our incredible technology and resources to make sure no one goes without.
With love,
The Grace Tales team
