How does the Melbourne-based mother, model, TV presenter, speech pathologist and founder of blog Rebecca Judd Loves keep her glow? (Hint: it could be that she's pregnant with twins)
Here’s a sneak peak into her beauty routine.

1. Invest in medical grade, active cosmoceuticals...
I’m talking vitamin A, B and C serums and a good exfoliant serum. A little goes a long way with these guys and they really work. I use Australian made and owned products from The Skincare Company. They are free of chemical nasties and not tested on animals (as every beauty product should be these days).
2. I love a really good body scrub to get rid of dead skin cells...
I highly recommend Coco Rose Body Polish by Herbivore Botanicals. The new Geranium and Rosewood coffee scrub from the THANK YOU company is also pretty hard to beat.
3. Always double cleanse after a long day wearing heavy makeup...
I find my skin breaks out if I go to bed with any trace of makeup on.
4. I know this is so cliché, but I always wear sunscreen...
It’s the best thing you can do for your skin everyday and drink plenty of water. There’s a reason you’ve heard this a gazillion times before – because it works.
5. Every once in a while I'll get a heavy duty IPL or Fraxel Laser treatment to clear the deep pigment or scarring on my skin...
I find if I invest in one of these (painful) treatments every 2-3 years and then use the serums the rest of the time, it keeps my skin youthful and fresh.
