Fact: If you can make food fun, your kids are more likely to eat it. So weve decided to breathe new life into the traditional sandwich and provide some novelty for the little ones. Play around with the ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients
30g ham off the bone
15g cheese
3 cherry tomatoes
A quarter of a small sourdough baguette
6 skewers (popsicles)
Step 1
Chop all ingredients into 3cm cubes.
Step 2
Thread each ingredient onto a popsicle, starting and finishing with the bread.
Serving suggestion
Enjoy with one of my dips to pump up your vegetable intake. My pumpkin dip is especially delicious with these.
Nutritional tip
Eating a sandwich this way is both healthy and fun – it decreases the amount of bread, increases the nutritional content and looks a treat too. Win win.
