It is the bleakest time of the year so forget self-denial...
We say the more you can indulge in January the better (you can be a martyr come March when the weather’s warmer), and right now, you should be treating yourself to an invigorating yoga class and delicious three-course brunch at Mayfair’s Bombay Bustle restaurant. The beautiful dining room, inspired by the iconic Indian city’s train system and vibrant art deco architecture, is hosting a series of events in collaboration with the prestigious Ady Centre until February. Guests will get moving with an hour-long yoga class, where they will be personally guided by acclaimed DeRose gurus and, after mastering a host of physical and respiratory techniques, it’s a short walk over to Bombay Bustle, where you can feast on Tandoor spiced Haloumi and seabass with sugar snap thoran and fresh vegetables – all conjured by culinary director Surender Mohan. Suddenly January doesn’t look so dank and dull.
When
Every Saturday from 12th January to 23rd February. Yoga classes will be held at 9am and 10am.
Price
£28 per person
Why
We’re already feeling guilty about breaking our clean-eating vows so we can’t think of a better way to kick-start a sluggish system – and all of that turmeric is bound to be good for you.
