When it comes to beautiful venues, in Sydney, they don't get much more photo-worthy than The Botanica.
Perched inside a gorgeous enclave in Vaucluse, The Botanica could get by on its interiors alone. The blush pink chairs, abundant greenery and peacock wallpaper are enough to take our breath away. So the fact that it also houses one of Sydney’s most delicious brunch menus? Well, you could say we’ve found our new favourite spot.
At the Botanica, their philosophy centres around local, natural, Australian products both in their food and beverage offerings.
Just outside the venue is a lovely garden, containing some of the very ingredients we find on our seasonal plates. From a Papaya, Mango, Watermelon & Passionfruit Salad with Blue Pea Jelly & Macadamia Praline that brings new meaning to ‘fruit salad’, through to their delectable Sweetcorn, Polenta & Quinoa Fritters King Salmon, Dill, Poached Eggs, Corn & Turmeric Relish, it would be safe to bring an appetite.
We recently held our Sydney launch of GRACE MOTHERS at The Botanica, and are already making excuses for our next visit to the venue.
This time, though, it might be for dinner. Because the Slow Roast Whole Lamb Shoulder with Mint Salsa Verde, Toasted Chickpeas and Zucchini Salad seems to be calling our names. Visit The Botanica.
